Order limits are based on Shopify orders evaluated by EntryDrive during an active campaign each billing month—not product count. Products remain unlimited on every plan.

Will EntryDrive work with my current Shopify store?
Yes. EntryDrive is designed to connect to an existing Shopify store. Your products and storefront remain in place while our team helps configure the campaign and badge placement.
What counts toward my monthly order limit?
Only Shopify orders evaluated by EntryDrive during an active campaign count toward the plan limit. Product count stays unlimited on every plan.
What happens if an order is refunded or cancelled?
EntryDrive is designed to keep entry records in clear pending, confirmed, and reversed states so order changes remain traceable.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
We will help move the store to the appropriate order tier. Founding customers will not lose their campaign records or product configuration during a plan change.
What does the setup fee include?
Store connection, campaign configuration, theme badge placement, entry-rule testing, and launch verification for your first campaign.
Is the setup fee charged every month?
No. The listed founding setup fee covers the initial store connection and first-campaign launch. Your selected software plan is billed monthly. Any custom work outside the included setup is confirmed before it begins.
Is there a long-term contract?
Founding plans are intended as monthly subscriptions. Final billing, cancellation, and pilot terms are confirmed with the merchant before paid activation.
Does EntryDrive provide official rules or legal approval?
No. EntryDrive provides campaign and entry-management software. The merchant remains responsible for official rules, eligibility, disclosures, and legal compliance.
