Information we collect

When you request founding access, we may collect your name, business email, business or brand name, Shopify store URL, estimated monthly order volume, plan interest, and campaign information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use application information to review store fit, recommend an EntryDrive plan, respond to your request, assist with onboarding, and improve our product and support process. We do not sell application information.

Shopify and campaign data

When a merchant connects EntryDrive, the app may process Shopify information required to operate configured campaign features, such as qualifying products, orders, customers, entry awards, refunds, and campaign records. Access should remain limited to the functions the merchant enables and the permissions required by Shopify.

Service providers

We may use hosting, form-processing, communications, analytics, and infrastructure providers to operate EntryDrive. Those providers may process information only as necessary to deliver their services.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, operational records, support, security, and legal obligations. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we process.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting hello@entrydrive.com. A connected merchant remains responsible for responding to its own customers and meeting applicable privacy obligations.
