Terms

Founding pilot

EntryDrive is currently offered through a guided founding pilot. Access, onboarding scope, pricing, product capabilities, and launch timing are confirmed directly with each accepted merchant before payment or store connection.

Merchant responsibilities

EntryDrive provides campaign-management software. Merchants are solely responsible for their promotions, official rules, prize fulfillment, eligibility requirements, alternative methods of entry, registrations, disclosures, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Campaign configuration

Merchants are responsible for reviewing campaign dates, entry rates, multipliers, eligible products, customer-facing disclosures, and winner settings before launch. Assisted onboarding and verification do not constitute legal advice or transfer campaign ownership to EntryDrive.

Plans and order volume

Plans are based on Shopify orders evaluated by EntryDrive during an active campaign in the applicable billing month. Products remain unlimited unless a written agreement states otherwise. Plan changes, overages, cancellation terms, and any custom requirements will be confirmed before paid activation.

Availability

Founding-pilot features may evolve as EntryDrive is tested and improved. We will communicate material changes that affect an active merchant campaign and work with participating merchants to protect continuity of their records.

No guarantee of results

EntryDrive does not guarantee sales, conversion, campaign participation, or giveaway results. Performance depends on the merchant’s offer, audience, products, marketing, operations, and campaign execution.
